Personal training is suited to those that either don’t have much training experience/knowledge, don’t have the confidence/motivation to train and/or push themselves by themselves in the gym, and those that are wanting more personal/closely monitored interaction, accountability, coaching and support.

IS ONLINE COACHING FOR YOU?

Online coaching is more suited to individuals who already have some training experience (have a good knowledge of common exercises and the confidence/motivation to push yourself to work hard during your training sessions), who are wanting/needing coaching, education, motivation, accountability and support.

£70 per plan

Whats Included?

Choose from either a training plan or nutrition plan. All training/nutrition protocols are personalised to suit each individual based on the information provided.

E.g. current lifestyle, goals, preferences, fitness levels etc.

Please note that one off plans only include additional support and check-ins for the 4 weeks following.

One-off training and nutrition protocols are suited to those who have good knowledge and experience with both, but are looking for some structure and direction with their goals.
